Eligibility for Returns

1. Due to the nature of our products (personal care, Perfumes, Attars, wellness items), returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaked product upon delivery
  • Expired product

2. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers are non-returnable.
  • Opened or used Perfume and Attar bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo/video of the item in case of damage/wrong product

3. We will arrange pickup or share return instructions based on your location.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Contact us immediately after placing the order if you wish to cancel.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges unless the wrong or damaged product is received.
  • For approved cases, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.
